Willow Bark
The bark of the willow sometimes called «the Aspirin of nature». It makes sense considering that the ingredient that removes the pain is nothing less than the salicin, which becomes salicylic acid inside the body. The willow bark extract can be found in capsules, infusions and teas, although some people prefer to chew the crust.
Do not take willow bark if you are allergic to aspirin or are taking anticoagulants. Otherwise the potential side effects are limited and mild. While some studies have determined the effectiveness of willow bark in relieving pain, research continues to learn more about a remedy that has been used for more than 4,000 years!
