The sugar is in practically everything and has at least 50 different names. Don’t be fooled by the propaganda of “healthy” sugars. Sugar is sugar.
Avoid in drinks, biscuits, spaghetti sauce, etc. Do not be fooled with artificial sugars, they are so bad, if not worse, than normal sugar.
