The 30 most expensive dog breeds in the world

6. Saluki

Another expensive dog in the mastiff family, the Saluki, was raised by nomadic tribes to chase other animals. Use mainly the view to hunt, instead of the smell. With a life of between 12 and 14 years, the Saluki has very long legs and a very unconventional appearance. It is an ancient breed, very independent and cold with whom he does not know but very sentimental and tender with his family. A Saluki puppy will cost about $2500 and grooming costs, about $50 per visit, but you won’t need this toilet as often as others. It is quite common for Salukis to develop epilepsy or hypothyroidism, which will raise medical values to about $3000.
