Burrell would woo the press again in May of that year by revealing what he claimed to be an unpublished letter from Princess Diana. In the correspondence, apparently written in 1992, the royal comments on a visit to Mother Teresa’s convent home in Calcutta. And although the princess never got to meet the saint in person, Diana still thought the trip was hugely beneficial.
