10. Processed Meat
Processed meats include sausages, sausages and hot dogs. They are full of saturated fat and salt. As we knew, these are the culprits in the development of abdominal fat.
Nitrates, a common preservative, are related to cancer. In fact, processed meats are one of the twelve most common causes of weight gain.
Replace processed meats with canned tuna, grilled chicken breast, egg salad, nut butter, and veggie burgers. Just don’t overdo it with mayonnaise, jelly and other condiments.
