It’s where their new team of Hollywood agents, PR and business managers are based. Meghan has many friends there and, of course, her mother Doria.”

The newspaper also claimed that the wider royal family had been “appalled” by the move. And while the duke and duchess kept quiet about their excursion, royal expert Katie Nicholl was a bit more forthcoming.
